The salesperson I met with initially was very pleasant and helpful. However, upon saying that I was not ready to buy that same day, another salesperson was brought out. He was extremely pushy and patronizing. He greeted me in a very condescending tone, as though a woman could not possibly make a decision about a car. He pressured and pressured to buy that same day, stressing that the car I test drove would not be there if I returned in a few weeks (since I'm planning to check out some cars at other dealerships). Gee, if your turnover rate is so high, why are you so desperate to make a sale RIGHT THIS MINUTE? He was almost infuriating to talk to (or rather, be lectured by). I will absolutely not be buying here solely because of his demeanor. I would not trust him to provide an honest and pleasant purchase deal.
It was a good experience. They had the car that we wanted at a good listed price. Financing and info on MA registration was very helpful (just moved to mass). Dan (who is not a sales person but sold us the car) went out of his way and came thru on everything he said and more.
For buying a car (which I hate doing) it was a good experience.
