Dealing with the sales force of Colonial Nissan of Medford, MA the worst experience of my life. The extreme worst. How unethical, how horrible you are.
I signed a contract and paid a large down payment. I got a VIN. I purchased insurance and procured a loan. Meanwhile, my car was sold out from under me to someone else!
When I went to the dealership to work out the problem, I got the run-around: They offered me a different car (for more money of course - bait and switch) etc, etc. I asked for a copy of the paperwork. Mr. Hoyatt refused. The general manager, Paul, refused. They said they "shredded it". When I challenged that, Adam admitted he hadn't shredded it, but he still refused to give me a copy. And there was no car to give me. Now, the company actually cashed my down payment check. You will not hear the last of me.
My vehicle was never delivered, yet my down payment stolen.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. My salesperson could not speak understandable English. My car was sold to me, then to someone else that same day, so it was never delivered to me.
Colonial Nissan of Medford, MA cashed the down payment check but produced no car. They refused to give me any copies of the paperwork. Mr Adam Hoyatt told me he had "shredded" the contract. But when I questioned him on that, he admitted he didn't shred it but he still refused to give me a copy. He refused to refund my money. Never purchase a car from Colonial Nissan of Medford, Massachusetts. They cheat and lie.

I'm sure the Attorney General-Consumer Protection Division would be very interested, as well as the Better Business Bureau. Don't let them get away with taking your money! Once you get them involved, I think Mr. Adam will change his tune and you'll get your money back in no time. Good luck.
