I had the worst experience of my life at a car dealer or from any customer service rep. The name of the sales person that worked with me was Oscar. He showed me the car and would not give me any price offer and kept pushing me to tell him my price even before he told me the price. I was looking to purchase an Accord Coupe. After being pushed so much and out of frustration I asked for the Sales manager, whose name was Buster. When he arrived, I received an important personal phone call, which I had to pick up. So I stepped outside to pick up the call. When I came back I saw the sales manager was gone. So I asked the sales person, Oscar, where the manager went and in reply he said that Buster said I was playing games. And this was it, I couldn't bear it at all, being treated like this. The sales manager finally came back and started arguing. He wouldn't even apologize, rather attacked me, as if he was going to fight me physically. I was very shocked by this behaviour and would never recommend anyone to College Park Honda.
