I didn’t actually buy a car from CPH, but I shopped there in October. Not sure if it matters, but I was looking at the 2009 Honda Accord EXL.
My experience was good overall. My salesman was pretty young (in his 20s) and was very informative about the product details etc. He was really nice and easy to talk to. When we talked numbers I felt like he was trying to play me a little (since I was a female) but we eventually got to a number that worked for my budget. I didn’t end up leasing the car b/c the timing just wasn’t right…I told him I wanted to wait until the economy got a little better. He has followed up with me 3 times even though I asked him not too…so that was a bit annoying, but I understand it is part of his job description.
All and all I would rate them 3 out of 4 stars. When I am ready to buy, I will definitely use them.
