Do not buy a car from this dealership. When I looked up the car online it stated it was $42.475. When I got to the dealership it stated $52,475. False advertisement! I was there for 5 hours to buy a car. I signed the paper work and everything. They refused to release the car to me stating that it had not undergone PDI (Post Delivery Inspection) and was unsafe to drive. They stated that I would have to come back the next day to pick it up. I drove 50 miles each way. When I called the dealership in the morning letting them know that I was on my way and to have the car washed and ready to go, the stated I would need to give them $1600 even though the contract was signed. When I got there I waited another 2 hours to pick up the car. They also offered me 2 yrs free oil change and when I asked for documentation regarding it, the sales manager Omar stated he could not put it in writing but whenever I wanted to come by they would give me the oil change. Why would I drive 50 miles for an oil change when I have a dealership 5 miles from my house? I also requested to see the documentation for the PDI test and they refused. When I contacted GM they stated it was done over a month prior. So why did I have to drive back and forth to pick up the car? I made a complaint to
GM and all they offered me was free oil changes for 1 year. Great, because that was already what I was promised right? If this car wasn't so rare I would have told them to F off. Please DO NOT purchase a car from here.
