My posting keep getting deleted, but all I want to say is be aware of that dealership. The sales manager was very mean, very rude, and very disrespectful. I am very ashame that I let that person talked to me like that. He had no right at all. All I said was I was going home because it was obvious the car was not in my price range, instead the sales manager was very very pushy on have me buy a car I did not want and felt he could just raise his voice at me telling me that the car is in my price range. I could have bought the car, but no, I will never buy a car from a place where the sales manager has the worst customer skills ever.

RESOLVED REVIEW: Ok, all I can say about the sales manager is he is the worst, most rude, disrespectful person ever I have ever known in my entire life. I am an Asian woman, perhaps he thought he could do that to me. I am sure he wont even try talking like that to a man or he will be sorry.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: It seem my initial postings were deleted. I guess they dont want bad reviews on their site even though its the truth. Sales manager at that dealer is the biggest *******, rude and disrespectful. He had no reason to talk to me like i was a piece of shit. When I said I was going home and rethink about the car, the sales manager took me outside and showed me another car that I totally didnt want. I told him no I did not want the car, then he blatantly raised his voice at me and told me that its the car that is within my price range. He then continued on to pressure me and still raise his voice at me. He then told the sales person that was helping me to take me for a ride for that car that I didnt want. So,I got into the car just to get out the car and told the sales manager to give me back my card and that I did not want the car. He then gave me my card back quick without saying anything. Now the sales man was nice. I actually know him, but the sales manager was very rude. I think because I am a woman, and I was alone so he thought he could just talk to me like that. I am thinking of sueing him and that store for emotional discomfort. He did not have the right to raise his voice at me. That guy should not be even working there. He has the worst customer skills ever. I was very friendly to them all along. In fact, I and the sales man were even joking around since we know each other, we were in good terms. All that got ruin just because of his biggest ******* sales manager.I was so upset when I got home, I really wanted to tell my boyfriend about it but I was too embarrassed to let him know and didnt want him to think that I let a sales manager to talk rude and disrespectful to me like that and that he might just go to the store and confront that sales manager. That short fat guy is probably mesirable for his ugly look that he is just plain rude to others. Sorry for the ugly words, but he doesnt deserve to be even working there.

Car dealer check note on rude, disrespectful sales manager
Look below. Looks like your review is still there sorry if you missed it although we could do without the cussing.

I went into this dealership expecting to be able to have my questions answered and take a test drive. I arrived around 5:00 pm and this is exactly what happened for the first hour. Things took a turn for the worst when I expressed interest in purchasing the vehicle I test drove. The financing person kept doing that "back and forth to the manager" thing even after I told him that my time was limited and I needed to leave. Mind you, they had taken my keys to appraise my current vehicle and hadn't given them back. Three hours, a visit from the manager, and a lot of talk later, I was still saying that I needed to leave and they still had not returned my car keys. This was one of the worst vehicle purchasing experiences I have ever had. I would NOT buy from this dealer.
I would not buy from that dealer either. The sales person I was talking to was someone I already know so we were good, but when the sales manager came to me, I knew what he was doing already. The sales manager was asking me what kinf of product my company was making, he was saying something about the city where I actually lived aboiut 10 years ago, so I am somewhat confused as to how he knew that without going a backgroiund check on me and I know I didnt approve such a thing. Later on the sales manager after pushing me to buy a car I didnt want and after telling me with a very rude of voice that I should get that car he pointed out because it is in within my price range. I told him no I dont want the car then he raised his voice at me telling me that it is in within my price range. I know the sales person whom I knew already felt sorry for me because I should have stopped that sales manager already from talking to me like that. I can say that I would never buy a car from there or recomment it either. The sales manager is the biggest *******, rude, disrestpectful. I bet he wont talk like that to a man or he will get his butt kick.
I went to look at a vehicle i saw posted on cars.com. I asked the salesman to unlock the vehicle. He went to the office and returned with the keys and a tag. I told him I was not interested in a test drive at that time as i had a meeting to go to, just wanted to look in the vehicle. He said that was fine, get in and he would pull the vehicle out of the line so i could look at it. I said ok, but again stated I was not interested. He proceeded to pull vehicle out of line-up and drive towards lot exit. For third time I told him I did not have time to take a test drive. He ignored me and kept driving. I demanded he stop vehicle, but he only did so at intersection to merge in to traffic. At this time I exited the vehicle (at the intersection). The salesman put the vehicle in reverse, drove back to line-up, and cursed me out as he did so.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP
I am thinking that maybe because I am a woman, an Asian woman who looks so naieve and nice and I was alone, from that maybe he thought he could just talk mean and rude to me and I totally did not stand up for myself. I am not the type of person that would confront or yell back. He literally yelled at me telling me to buy the car just because it is in within my price range. I could have bought the car if the sales manager was not rude to me. Now, they just lost a potential customer.
