sales person could not be bothered to help us when we said we were interested in a used car we saw on their lot. gave us the wrong price for it and then walk away saying if you need anything else Ill be around. I called to inform the sales manager who must of had better things to do because he could have cared less that he's employee treated us like a p.o.s. so we will never be buying from fucillo thats for sure.

Dealerships HUGE-athon is nothing but a high pressure con job. Sales dept. lied about vehicle from the start and continued to lie to cover their tracks. Claimed vehicle was being driven by an employee at another of their dealerships when they had actually purchased it from a dealer auction - a fact we found out a few weeks after purchase when some minor problems still were not fixed. 4 trips later and the problems still are not fixed. Sales department wants no part of anything and pushed problem off on service. Service department is COMPLETELY disorganized and their favorite thing to do is blame whoever isn't there for the job not being done. Even after a written complaint to dealership, BBB and Huyndai America nothing has been done to fix the vehicle. I will never go back to Fuccillo and will do my beast to share my terrible experience with as many people as I can.
