I first drove an hour to the Ron Tonkin Mazda dealership to buy a car that was quoted to me. When I got there, I was told that the color choices that I wanted were not in stock but they could get it for me it would just take a couple of days but will still be available at the same price quoted. That was fine with me. The next day he called me saying he found the exact car in the right color. I told him I would drive up there that day and buy it. A couple hours later he called me and said oh I forgot to tell you this car has a spoiler and the one quoted to you didn't...do you mind? I did not mind. So I went about my day. Right before the left to drive another hour to the dealership to pick up my car and called to verify the price again and all the information. Turns out they neglected to tell me that the spoiler was going to cost an extra 400 and they were not willing to go down on the price. I told them I couldn't buy it because that was way over my budget already. Then I asked if they would continue looking for the mazda3 without a spoiler in the right colors like they promised they would. He said no, this is a great deal and you should take it. I can't keep searching for cars for you. The salesmen were very rude. Both of them and unhelpful. I would never recomment Ron Tonkin Mazda.
