I have had numerous problems with my '07 Hyundai Sonata. In fact, I have been into various service shops at least 13 times in the 2 yrs that I have owned the car. But of all of the service places that I have visited, Great Lakes Hyundai is by far the worst. The service manager, Sheldon, is unwilling to help and charges $25 just to have the car looked at. He admitted that the brakes have a design flaw and was unwilling to help in any way except to charge me $500 to clean them. He was rude and as a result I have decide to NEVER buy a Hyundai again and I am planning on trading my current vehicle in as soon as possible.
