I wasted a significant amount of time with McDavid Honda of Frisco trying to get an answer and help on why the service department treated my family different from other customers who purchased the 2005 Odyssey Touring from them. They told us nothing about how we could be reimbursed from Michelin because the PAX run-flat tire system prematurely wears out (we managed to get a whopping 25,000 miles out of our tires, which I'm told by both Honda and Michelin is rare). I am extremely disappointed in the dealerships ineptitude at servicing its customers, and this really comes as a shock to me considering the company's reputation and our current economic climate. I will take my money to a different Honda dealer for my future needs.
