Everyone was very friendly and pleasant. Very focused on giving great customer service. Made sure I was comfortable with the process and the results. The dealership had a good atmosphere and "vibe" when you walked in. I would recommend Hond of Ocala.
I had searched for a month for the best deal on a Honda Accord. In my search I came across Honda of Ocala, which is actually 150 miles from my home. I submitted a chat over the internet and recieved a prompt email from John Simms. He sent me complete information on several Accords of interest to me. I then drove (past the dealer in my home town) to Honda of Ocala. From the moment I walked into the showroom I was treated amazingly.
John Simms worked with me for over 4 hours, in the rain, until I found the Accord I that was best for me. I test drove over 7 Accords and John patiently explained all the options on each model I drove.
One thing that I totally appreciated was that I was not pressured. I felt that the price was fair and I did not have to haggle with them. I even met the used car manager and still did not feel pressured, which to me is amazing.
I will recommend Honda of Ocala to everyone who wants a great experience in buying a car. This is my 4th Honda and when I need another Accord I will drive to Honda of Ocanal no matter how far I live from this dealership.
