Hardin GMC is one of the worst dealerships you can go to. They are very unprofrssional and have no consideration for the customers. The contracts that you sign as you are taking posession of your new car is hardly ever correct, they are constantly making mistakes on them. And then you either need to go back in or they come to you to re sign the contract. Also, they do not tell you the truth about what you are getting and they focus in on the less experience car buyer. Some of th sales associates are rude and have no respect for the customers that come into the show room floor. They make the customer feel like an idiot when they don't understand the numbers that are being presented. Instead of offering assistance and education they have a rude attitude like you are wasting thier time. And when you take the car home, they forget about who you are and when you need assistance or have questions you are wasting their time. It is not like they are busy, they would just rather not bother with the old and bring in the new. This is a dealership that is family owned but don't carry the family value that they advertise. If you respect yourself or your hard earned dollar you will find another GMC dealership to satisfy your car buying or leasing needs. You can go on to other dealer reviews and you will see hands down Hardin has mostly negative reviews and is not recomended my anyone. So take our word for it, respect yourself and your dollar.
