One small concern I had was that the parts used in the accident repair were specifically claimed to be OEM, but an inspection showed that they probably weren’t officially OEM; I would have appreciated clarity and honesty on this at the beginning. My Chuck Van Horn Dodge reviewThis was our second time dealing with Chuck Van-Horn Jeep.Our first time was an excellent experience with Christion and Brian. NO Pressure,saw many different types of cars,treated with respect & courtesy with no pressure to buy. We even had our picture taken with Christion.
Our second time we felt disrespected, more a less looked upon as wasting their time. They only shone us one new 2013 jeep. We took a test drive and liked all the special features.
We feel that Van-Horn Jeep took advantage of us (Adam to be exact). We filed a complaint with the jeep company with all our documents,statements from an employee, and several case workers at the jeep company. We have never been treated this horrible attitude from a person like ADAM. He would be fired so fast for his mouthful words to a customer.
As of today we are still dealing with this awful inconvenience of paying big monthly payments, lies that we received all the right features,mixed up paper work leaving us unable to get insurance.
How would any one like to be in our position?
I feel sorry for you. this dealship doesn’t know the first thing about class, they only wanna take u for a ride like they did to me and my family. but I fought back and won .sold a car to us with open recalls on it. problems with starting it. van was in an accident and was not on the car fax or accue check, jee wonder how that happen. I would agree with u, don’t know how they continue to get awards when they could care less about the customer and only care about the money.
