I took my 2009 Town and Country into this dealership because the air conditioner was backing up into the floor. The first time I took it in, they kept it for 1 1/2 weeks; they said they cleaned out the drain hose. Two days after I got my van home, the floor was wet again. I took it back to this dealership a second time and they kept my van for another week. The service advisor called to let me know that a new drain was ordered and the van was fixed. When I went to pick the van up, the service tech that I spoke with said they did not replace the drain hose, but straightened out a gasket. Two days after I received my car, the floor was wet again. According to the VIN report that I have received, this dealership sent into Chrysler for a new drain hose that I did not receive. That seems like fraud to me, if you submit that you fixed something that you did not. I have tried to call the service manager, and he will not return my calls. I have since taken the van to Stanley Dodge in Brownwood. My van was fixed in one day, and the service advisor even called me back as she said she would. It is a relief to know that you can still get good customer service with Stanley Dodge. But as for All American, I nor my friends, nor my colleagues, nor any of my family will ever do business with them.
I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. We bought a 2007 Dodge pickup from them in January 2007 and it has been a mechanical nightmare. We were going to trade it in this past week after having it in the shop for the 7th time for major repairs, but were given a very low appraisal on our Dodge and Mr. McClure could have cared less about following up on vehicles we asked him to look at on other Lithia lots. Paul Hatcher, the general manager, would not offer to make the appraisal better due to the fact that we bought a bad vehicle from his dealership in the first place. He told us it was a Chrysler issue. Is he not the Chrysler Dodge representative for San Angelo. You would think he would like to represent a good, quality product. As far as I am concerned he sold us a lemon in the 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 6. 7 liter diesel. We spent $32,000 less than 16 months ago with his dealeship and now that we can't keep it out of the service department and are eating through our service warranty, he says it is a Chrysler problem. I would think for a business to stay in business and have a good reputation in these trying car-economic times, he would be a little more interesting in making sure his customers were happy with the products he is selling. He thinks my issue is with Chrysler, fine, I have filed my complaints and am working up the Chrysle chain of command. Maybe Chrysler will feel they have a responsibilty to the customer, because Mr. Hatcher and his sales crew do not think they do. I would warn anybody to stay far away from this dealership if you expect a good, quality product and any kind of customer service after the sale.
My speedometer was not working on my 2005 durango, so I took it in for repair. The service department greeted me ok, but was quick to tell me that they were behind and it will take 3-4 days before they would even look at my car. I requested a rental but they were hesitant on giving me on everytime. The chrysler's exented service agreement for vehicle rental is a joke. They only cover a rental upon diagnostic and during repair of the vehicle which can take as little as a day or two. But having were vehicle wait in line for 3 to 4 days is the part they don't cover. I went back 6 separate time to get this problem fixed and after 8 months they finally got it fixed. If you want to avoid buying lemons just avoid buying any Chrysler vehicle.

this is the worst dealership i have ever seen. * They tried to trick me into buying a air filter box for $270 by putting it on wrong. *I properly latched it and it was fine. *They said there was a jagged edge were it was broken and wouldn't hold, but there wasn't. *I got under it after it was serviced because they didn't fill the coolant. *I found they didn't grease the front end either. *I had to get my hands dirty at their shop. *They reported the lube guy, but the guy that was supposed to figure out why the check engine light came on and tried to trick me into buying a air filter box I didn't even bother with him. *Later a former employee told me they roll like that on purpose. *They i vlogged it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m68uW3TcVlg
