I will like to let everyone know that if you are planning on buying a vehicle or already own a dodge vehicle with existing warranty not to take it for service at All American jeep chysler dodge of Odessa because I have experience the worst service ever. First they would do everything to make you pay for your vehicle repair saying that is not covered by the warranty and they are not responsible for any damage on your vehicle while its sitting there at their property waiting to be repaired. This happend to me my rear window was broken and the service manager (Rocky) said they are not responsible. After that I decided to take my vehicle home without having it repaired bacause the service manager leave my vehicle in the same parking lot while it had a broken window and he told me he was going to put a restriction (void the warranty) on my vehicle warranty because I did not fix my vehicle problem meanwhile my insurance said it is a mechanical defect that should be covered under the vehicles warranty. So think about it before you take your vehicle there.
