The integrity of this dealership is much lower than 0. They advertise that they will match any other offer for your car.. not that they will try to match it, or probably match it but that they WILL match it and even have a huge banner hanging up in front of their front doors but when you bring in an offer to match they make up excuses not to honor it.
My car was worth, in BlueBook over 23K, Carmax offered 21K and this dealership would only offer 19.5K despite what Carmax said and refused to budge they didn't care at all about the customer.

All I can say is dont make promises that you refuse to keep, and i suggest they take that sign down and stop telling people that they will match offers. I have never been so disappointed in my life and what is worse is that they knew the disappointing experiences that I have had at other dealerships and promised once again that I will not leave their lot disappointed and they will bend over backwards for me BULLS*** What a joke
