This dealership is horrible...every car that I test drove had a problem. Once I did select a car and financed it the vehicle had nothing but problems. I brought it back very unhappy and we decided to switch cars. Well the car that I got a Mailibu - was not working properly either when I drove it. I had to bring it in to get those repairs done as well...When I did pick it up it had a strange clunking noise in the front right of the car which the service department told me was part of the car. I took it to another dealership and they told me that it was a bad strut and it should have been caught by the 100 point inspection. Which obviously wasn't done. Now my check engine light is on. All I have to say is that they sell CRAP and their service department is CRAP. I will never go back and will never refer anyone there as well. I have told everyone I know that they should not buy from Marty Feldman Chevy...
Won't go into great detail, but the transaction was as high pressure as I have ever seen. Add to that the mysterious "changing numbers" that led to them trying to add $2700 to the sales price when I showed up to pick up the vehicle and you will begin to understand why I will NEVER be back!
If you are looking for bad ethics, worse customer service, and changing numbers (and NOT in your favor, either!), you have found the right place. Good luck to you!
