My Walser Buick GMC & Buick reviewTim was good. However, I asked them 5 times to not install a license plate holder on front as Florida does not have a front license. They did anyway, and drilled two holes in the front bumper. They would/could not fix it; said they were “sorry”. The sales manager was not willing to make any compensation for the mistake — not one nickel. Very disappointed. It would not have taken much of a gesture to make me happy — but nothing. Take it or leave it!
I will look elsewhere next time.

My Walser Buick GMC & Buick reviewThis dealership in now in Roseville. We walked in on a Saturday and were given an out- the- door- price on a used Yukon. There were two additional contacts with the sales person after we left the dealership to confirm the price with a trade-in. When we went in on the following Monday to purchase the vehicle, the out-the door-price had increased. Also, we were told when we first looked at the car, that it had a clean car fax. When we arrived to sign the paper work, we were told different. This dealership totally wasted our time and we ended up walking away from the vehicle.
