They lied, they overcharged and THEY DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM.
We arrived late in the day on Saturday. We were shown the vehicles fitting our criteria and offered a test drive. Our vehicle was appraised while we were gone, so we could bargain upon return. The dealer's initial offer was very poor. When I said it appeared we would not be able to reach agreement, I was asked to provide a deal point. We gave our price, along with the comment that if they could not get VERY close, we might as well leave. The deal was struck, they did come VERY close, in a short time span. The car was prepped and we were on our way within 90 minutes of our arrival.
