My Cecconi's Joe Chrysler Complex reviewIt’s only been a year and I have already had $6,000 in car repairs… The car that they sold me is not even worth that much… They sell cars higher then the book value… When i call to file a complait the only thing i wa tols is that i purchased a used car… Please, if your looking to purchase a new car do not buy from this dealership… they can care less about their customers, the repair shop is even worse!!!

My Cecconi's Joe Chrysler Complex reviewMy girlfriend and I both purchased a jeep liberty from cecconi’s on the same day this past July 2012 since the day we drove the vehicles off the lot we have had nothing but issue’s. My girlfriends tires on the vehicle had minimal tread, we didn’t notice it because we were so rushed with these vehicles and we were there at night. We contacted them about the tires they said they didn’t know what we were talking about and that there was nothing they could do. After about a half hour of going back and forth with the manager they said all they could do is give her a discount when she decides to get the tires done. It is now the end of October and the tires are completely bald. And as for my vehicle the day after I drove it off the lot I was loosing tire pressure, I went to have it looked at by a local tire dealer seeing as I live about a half an hour from the dealer. The mechanic that looked at it went to turn the cap on the tire stem for the tire pressure sensor and it snapped in half from corrosion. The mechanic said they shouldn’t have allowed the vehicle off the lot in that condition. I called cerconni’s and they told me they would be able to see me for 4 days, I drove the vehicle there and demanded to have it replaced. They stated that they checked all 4 tire pressure sensor valves and they were fine. About a week later the tire pressure light came back on, I checked the tire pressure and 3 out of the 4 tires were losing air. I took my vehicle to a different jeep dealer closer to my home and they told me that the other tire pressure sensor valves needed to be changed as well. I then proceeded to call cercconi’s and I brought my vehicle in they only ended up replacing 2 of the tire pressure sensor valves and it took 3 hrs. About 3 weeks ago all of the lights on my dashboard lite up and then turned off while I was driving, and the car was giving me issues when starting up. I called and they told me to bring it in, they told me that everything was at 100%. The next day I got pulled over for my rear drivers side brake light was out, I went to the store bought the proper bulb and replaced it. The brake light still did not work after replacing the bulb. Two days later I had my buddy check out the lights while I was backing up and then the brake light was working and not the reverse light. I also had my brakes looked at because I’ve been hearing some squeaking. The rear brakes and rotors are almost completely gone, I was told by our sales representative when I purchased the vehicle that the brakes and rotors were done by the dealer in June. I called cercconi’s and they told me there was nothing they could do about any of this the manager’s statement was “well you bought a used vehicle.” the manager there is extremely ignorant every time we’ve had an issue he says “you bought a used vehicle” , these vehicles are more of a headache then the ones we traded in. Staff doesn’t return phone calls when they say they will call back and I was hung up on when trying to deal with an issue. I will never ever recommend anyone go here. I wish I never did!
