I came to Braeger after visiting many differant car dealerships in the area. I was very upset with other dealerships. I never got any of my questions answered. all they wanted to do was insist on me taking a test drive and kept trying to bump me up in a more expensive vehicle. i went to braeger as a last stop of the night before i try some non-local dealers. i was greeted at the door when ariving, and within ten minutes all of my questions were answered and i had a price on the vehicle that i originally came to check out. Needless to say i purchased my escape there. I have called numerous times to ask some upcoming questions, each time they have been answered in seconds. Will deffinitly purchase and recomend Braeger Ford.
