My Carlin Dodge review

Talked to Jim on the phone( Salesman ) He had the ok to start the credit report and financing piece. I was told that i will call you back when i know something from the bank. the call comes in and im told try and come down the bank has said we can get you into what you want.I asked really you can. i was told i have a 590 credit score and my co-signer had almost a 700 score. i was happy that it seemed like i was gonna get into a new or newer vehicle. We had made an arrangement to meet up on saturday. I was told we need to fill out and app. So i did. After i filled out the app they said what are you looking for. Well the salesman we were working with says i am with another costumer here this gentleman will help you out. Ok here we go now i am working with someone that knows nothing about what we have already done. Lets go look at some vehicles. Keep in mind we live over an hour away from the dealership and that is with no traffic. They could not find what i was looking for. They tried to put me in something else that i did not want. They said this vehicle should fit with the banks criteria. Not happy i sat down and waited. I was told they could not get an answer from the finance company and will call me on the next business day. I never got a call back. I had to call to figure out what was going on. I had talked to 3 additional people and the last person i talked to said your credit ratings were at 545 and 630. I told the gentleman that i was told over the phone they were higher. He also told me that he knew nothing about the finace that i applied for. I am not happy with this dealership at all. I was going to give dodge a try and now i will never think once about owning a dodge nor will i ever recommend anyone to that dealership. The scams they had pulled are the biggest and never get reported. Well i will be reporting this scam to state attorney. If you want a good vehicle check your credit first then see if a car is in your budget. I make almost 70,000 a year and my credit is bad so i needed a co-signer. Dont let people pull your credit and lower your score until you know you have a chance. I guess i will continue to get ripped off by buy here pay her companys. Have fun I hope you have better luck than i did.
