Had hard time getting my phone calls returned and was told that they needed authorization for a diagnostic fee then called back to tell us the warranty company wanted the car somewhere else. Another dealership in town where we bought the car covered the cost. This is the 3rd time in less than 6 months that we have had a problem with Phil Long. They only care about getting the money in and you out. Making things difficult is the last thing they need to do. I mean the cars already brokendon't make the situation worse by giving me poor service.
