The worst exprience ever. The lied about everything. They told me they had the vehicle Iw anted, they didn't The promised a price, they lied!!! Iw ould never walk back into that store if they gave me a car for free. I ended up going to Galpin ford close by, turns out they are the largest in the world and man they treated me like a KING!!! Great price, great selection. Idrove home in my brand new Ford fusion and love it!!!
They roped me into coming onto the lot by quoting me a great price on a hybrid in an email exchange, swore up and down on the phone that they would "take care of me." When I got there, they wanted me to fill out paperwork, which I didn't want to do until I got a confirmation of the price they had quoted me. The salesman went into the sales managers' room, came back and said that yes, they were offering me the price they had quoted me in the email. I filled out the paperwork, waited half-an-hour, and lo-and-behold, another manager came out and said there had been a mistake, the actual price was much higher. I argued with them for a few minutes, then left angrily. One of their other manager weasels came running after me, saying they wanted to make it up to me and maybe they could sell me something else. Wow, how generous of them. When it became clear that I wasn't going to fall for their "get them on the lot any way you can" scumbag routine, this guy actually had the audacity to insult me for believing the original price they quoted me, that I should have clearly known it was a "mistake." He failed to explain why every other salesman and manager that I had dealt with on the lot, for at least an hour all seemed to think it was a reasonable price until they decided to "turn the tables" on me. This is truly a dishonest and disreputable place. They are pure pondscum -- avoid Sunrise Ford at all costs.
