    these guys suck! i went in looking for the $9,999 kia soul. it just so happens that i dont qualify for any rebates and they dont have a “base model” in stock. and they treated me like i was broke and couldnt afford anything. needless to say im driving around a new kia soul. no thanks to them

    I had the best experience at Car Pros. J.B. in the Internet Department (I pulled into the internet lot across the street from the big store thinking I could get a better deal) was really down to earth and helped me get an awsome deal and a car I will love an drive for years. I really like Car Pros. :)

    Just wanted to take a few minutes to let you know what a wonderful experience buying our new Soul Exclaim was. Our salesperson, Aaron, and the financing specialist, Dani, were exceptional. There professionalism and straight forward approach to us was both refreshing and unexpected. Aaron listened to what we wanted and shortly thereafter we purchased our Soul from him. Even after the sale CarPros Kia have given us extremely good customer service with minor issues that have come up. I would give CarPros Kia, Aaron and Dani a rating of 100 if possible.       My Car Pros Kia review

      Just had the worst car buying experience we have ever had. Chris Carver the sales rep lied to my wife on several occasions, gave her a 100% guarantee and had her drive for two hours only to tell her she didnt quite qualify and that the car was probably sold. We are a military family and cant believe the complete lack of morals, ethics, and respect that this company and Chris Carver has. Terrible Terrible place!!!
