In a perfect world you get everything you want right off the bat.In the real world YOU need to make things work. My salesmen was very easy to work with.Did his job in a quick and efficient manner.Unlike some others I have dealt with in the past.No ....I have to check with the man in the back.No... I'll have to check on that for you.Quick to offer a test drive,and answer my questions. My final impressions are, No high pressure,Good prices,Knowledgeable staff. Works for me!

I just bought a vehicle off Brian and I was hesitent because of a couple post's I read on this site... It's all a bunch of BULL!!!!! Brian was very professional and when i told him about this site he was very upset and couldn't believe it.. I have been in retail for years and told him it's impossible to keep everyone happy. Especially a site like this who are only people that have something negative to say... Being he sold almost 300 new and used cars himself " i seen the numbers", a couple bad reviews isn't to bad.. But he refused to acknowlege that.. He takes any bad review personally and that tell's me the kind of person he is.. I had a great experience and have since sent more people to him.. No complaints here!

This dealership has good prices but are VERY pushy and demanding. Don't go there if you want to buy a car your way. From the salesman to the sales manager were jerks, but good prices. Felt very uncomfortable dealing the sales manager. He was demanding that I finance through him. I did not like my experience with Solomon Dodge in Carmichaels, Pennsylvania. I would NOT recommend going there. I would rather pay a couple extra dollars to get service and feel good about spending 25,000. After purchasing I told others about my experience and they too felt very uncomfortable and one friend of mine could not get them to honor warranty work on their car. They also threw in a hidden 400 dollar fee at the end of the deal for "Service" in the shop. I will never go back to Solomon as long as I live.

I have been buying vehicles from Solomon dodge for 10 years and i am surprised to read some of these remarks. The Solomon family has always been upfront and honest with me and family. They have always had the best prices around. I buy off of Mike now but have dealt with all of them at some point. I would recommend them to anybody. They have very direct and ufront way of doing business and I like that.

This dealership was the best place to buy a vehicle. No Hassle, friendly service, GREAT SELECTION AND PRICE. Brian Solomon was a great salesperson, and my sister bought a vehicle of off Tony Pascuzzo. We love both of our cars. Go to Solomon's if you want the best deal!!
The salesmans name may be on the building, but he does nothing for the the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ford franchise name. This 25yr loyal Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ford customer will be moving on to other corporation's. Under his name it states, Sales Professional, he is anything but. Their website states things like exceptional Customer Service, exceed customers expecatations, they will make your buying experience an enjoyable one, they will treat you like a guest, they go the extra mile to earn your business, give them a try see how they perform. Well I gave them a try and now I am saving other consumers to not waist their time giving them a try, unless you want to waist your time and be treated rudely by one of their Professional Salesman. Oh, that's right, as he pointed out he can be rude, because his name is on the building. I went to the dealership, after e-mailing him of my plans, with a preapproved loan check and my check book with thousands of my own money in hand, only to be treated rudely. After asking to take the car for a ride, to see if I even wanted the vehicle, he started asking everything but, answering the offer to take it for a ride, like it was too much of a bother for him. It has always been my experience that the salesman greets you with a smile, asks you to, "take it for a ride!" Then if you like it, then you look at the trade, and work up the deal. Not at this place. Never was offered to take it for a ride, he never looked at my vehicle, which by the way is a 06 Chrysler 300 with all the toys. He is not your normal salesman, most with today's economy, go above and beyond to make a sale to the point they are obnoxious. Not him, he did anything but, he was just obnoxious. I own 5 brand new vehicles and I am pretty sure I make more money than this spoiled rich kid and my name isn't on any building. Now, I know why the automobile industry needs a government buy out. If you want to buy any new or used car, stay clear of this dealership. As he yelled to us as we were leaving that he as the best prices and we wouldn't find anything anywhere else, because he is the best, I assure you if you search the internet, you will find several good buys on vehicles, and their salesman won't be unprofessional's. Hope this helps any future vehicle buyers.
After visiting Solomon Dodge, I have filed a lawsuit, filed complaints with Dodge, Chrysler, Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau and with various car websites. All consumers should be aware of Solomon's deceptive tactics and be warned not to do business there. They lied about paying off my trade in, about free rust-proofing and about the warranty. They also applied me for a credit card without my consent. All in all, I ended up fianancing $5000 more than originally quoted and ended up having to purchase Gap insurance. They also lied about the gas mileage. This battle has beeen going on for months. I wanted to walk out on the deal but, the dealer became belligerent and told me to "think twice before I walk out on the deal". I am now trying to warn as many people as possible to not shop at Solomon Chrysler Dodge.
