I purchased a 2008 dodge ram 1500 from fowler dodge okla city. When it reached 10,000 miles it develped a vibration in the front end and thumping noise. Took truck into dealership on two different occaisions. Both times I called ahead to set up an appointment time... both times they parked the truck on the apron. After a two hour wait watching the truck on the apron,, complained to service mgr... he moved the truck around to the back of service garage,, where it sat another hour. This was there idea of service. Minimal inspection was done to find the problem,, both times they said they fixed problem,, but it still exists,,, complained to higher up mgrs,,, but not one thing changed,,, they treated me like a king when I was shopping for a deal,,, went in 4 times comparing deals,,, each time they practically ran out to the car before I could get out... but after I left the finace office the trouble began,,, they told me that the truck would be filled up with gas,,, I get up on I240 and notice the out of fuel light on... I go back and it takes 45 minutes to get a service guy to drive down one block to fill up the truck,,, after the sale when you go in you have to look for anyone to talk to,,, even if you have the reception girl to help you,,, you may get a good deal on the upfront sale,, but you will be in the dog house on any service.
