I bought a used Jeep Wrangler that was advertised to have a hard top and a soft top. I found out about a week later that the soft top was missing a lot of parts to make it usable,($800 worth of parts), these parts are typically packed in boxes, I didn't know as this is my first Jeep. I contacted the dealer and was told, "We are on top of it". One MONTH later I was told, "We are not responsible for the missing parts, go to your local Jeep dealer and buy them".
All of the people I talked with were OK except the sales manger named Coy.Coy does not think highly of war veterans or American cash.Coy seems to think that it is cheaper to fiance than to pay good American cash for a vehicle.Sometimes I wonder was it worth fighting for people such as Coy's freedom who take everything for granted.
