    My Chevrolet-M J Sullivan review

    I had a case of the goood ole bait and switch. I made a written deal on a new chevrolet along with a written deal on a trade in. The new auto was not on the lot but was assured that they could get it. After several days of no information and after many calls with the salesman and the sales manager the car that we contracted for was “no longer available.” This was not entirely true, the care was no longer available at the price that they had contracted with me. The demanded that I pay an extra $1000 to wrap up the deal I had already made and signed for. They were unwilling to negotiate further any other scenario to meet my already signed contract. They basically made a mistake and wanted me to pay for it. After taking my despoit back on the same day I was able to find a make a deal with another dealer for the same car without problem. MJ Sullivan was simply unwilling to honor their contract. Please save your dollars and your sense of contractual loyalty and do not buy at MJ Sullivan. They will just throw the “cost of doing business” back to the consumer. -RW (eastern CT)
