My Bud Smail Lincoln Mazda reviewGreat salesmen pressure to buy a vehicle today was a little but on the high side. The service at bud smail mazda is ok, the “certified used” is a joke i bought a vehilce with 70,200 miles on it and at 70.800 miles the vehicle snapped motor mounts which was a a recall on my year make and model of vehicle. Ok maybe they over looked this, they did pay for the tow and fix the vehicle even tho apparently they give no rentals out and take a week to get parts in…. a week after that a supposed;y “hidden” check engine light came on made yet another app they fixed that now… with 73,600 miles on the vehicle today all four tires are wore down to the cords on the inside of the tire? Not to mention they day after i bought the car i took it back up for an allignment 2) when my motor mount fell out it snapped an axel the alligned it and 3) took it back up because the vehicle felt like it is pulling to one side so they re alligned it and now my tires are bald 3xxx miles later???? something just doesnt add up ok i can see if it was one tire or even all wheel drive but its not its a fwd vehicle with all four wheels showing cord on the inside i have an apt this week to have it looked at but the service manager when i made the appt came out looked at the vehicle and i explained the situation and explained the inspection was a fresh inspection from there dealer before i purchased the vehicle and the allignments all done there ect ect and he still had the nerve to say ” well these do look like these tires are made out of soft rubber” so now just waiting to see what the verdict is this week but i can tell you now there going to give me a run around story and try to make me pay for four brandnew tires!! in 3000 miles my car has been back to the dealership 7 times and they have had to hold the car for 2 weeks out of the 2 months ive had it so dont let them take advantage of you
