After getting the run around from D'Ambrosio Dodge where I bought my Tahoe used. They were trying to tell me I needed a new serpentine belt again after they replaced one 2yearss ago and this one is making noise. They told me back then that this would be a covered part for as long as I own the car. Now they say that isn't true and don't know why the girl ever said that but wouldn't work with me so I left. James Chevrolet of W.C. dropped what they were doing, listened to my truck run and inspected the belt and gave me an honest answer and told me the belt was fine.
Thank you to the Service man who came out and took the time for me.
