NO pressure sales, very forthcoming, honest, "wanted" to work a deal, efficient and helpful service to process the purchase. We really liked her and her style and would definitely recommend her and when we are in the market again-WE WILL ASK FOR ROSY!!!! I will be interested to see how any service needs go now that the sale has been made...
