    My Browns Honda City Honda review

    I brought the car in for maintenance after the “Service Required”light came on. I had also been having problems driving in wet conditions. The Engine Warning light would come on and power steering was briefly lost when driving through even small puddles.The serpentine belt was deemed to be the culprit and replaced. Hopefully this will solve the problem.
    My Service Rep was Samantha Schweiger who was superb. She set up the appointment, called me promptly with the tech’s recommendations and added a touch of humor to her overall professional and efficient approach.

    My Browns Honda City Honda review

    I have been dealing with Brown’s Honda of Glen Burnie since 1986 and have purchased approximately six vehicles from them. Their service is excellent!!! Take your vehicle in, they perform the work, and everything works beautifully. They don’t gouge on prices, and are completely trustworthy. I always deal with Dave Metzler in the Service Department, and if he is not avaiable, I go to John. And when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle, their prices are always agreeable! I highly recommend Browns to everyone!!! Try them and see.

    I have been going to Brown’s Honda service center since 2007 and have always used Eric siemer as my service tech. Eric and the entire crew is very organized and knowledgeable they all do a great job. Keep up the great work..
