I was visiting NYC when the BCM (body control module) went on my 03 Impala. The car was under warrenty but the big dealers had no time for me. I went to Fisher without appointment and they said they would try to help. Infact they did way more then any other Chev dealer has done, sent us for breakfast, lent a car, and all in all were very nice. Found and fixed the problem and no charge!
These guys are the best. Just wish there were more like them around. I may have bought another GM instead of an import.
