Initially, I had a good impression of the dealer. *HOWEVER, once the car was purchased, the service turned to horrific. *Names on important documents were repeatedly inaccurate, tracking of the car was impossible and attention to the customer was terrible. *My car was TWO weeks late, and NO compensation for the delay was offered. *The dealer was not able to track the car, and I was the one who had to call everyday to see if the car had arrived. *On the MORNING of delivery, I made the daily phone call that EVENING and heard "Oh, yeah, by the way, your car is in". *I could not believe that I had not received a phone call immediately, especially since they were well aware that I needed it immediately. *The attention and respect towards customers after purchase is horrific. *I am still dealing with the dealer about a part of the car that was left out. *This is ridiculous!

Comment on Terrible Service
I wonder if the people at dealerships even think about how much money you just spent with them? It's amazing that you can HAND THEM tens of THOUSANDS of dollars, with the possibility of DOING IT AGAIN in the future and they act like you don't exist. The sad thing is, I have had only 1 truely enjoyable dealings with a dealership out of the 6 if had, and unfortunatly that dealer sold his auto lines to other dealership. My suggestion is find a small town, and buy your car there. Big dealerships are horrible sales factories that don't really give a dang about customer service or repeat customers.
