I went the last weekend of the cash for clunkers program. I arrived at the dealership @ 9am; I was there until 1:30. I was pushed from one sales person to another, until I requested one that wasn’t working with anyone. ( She was Great- new but great) I had the car picked out, I had my own financing already and there wasn’t any haggling on the price. I was ready to go. Then when we had to do the paper work a couple days later the documents were all changed to make it look like they gave me more for my trade in that they really did. Don’t sign anything unless you agree with it. When I received the registration even the $ amounts were changed on that. This looks and feels REAL SHADDY! I would not recommend dealing with this dealership if t all possible stay away from here!!!!
Big M Chevrolet ended up being a fantastic place for me to buy a used chevy Louisville. I had been driving all over Louisville, looking for a used chevy Tahoe with certain milage and specific options. finally someone put me on to The Big M Chevrolets website, where they had all their inventory. Luckily they had just the Tahoe i was in the market for, and the rest is history.
I recently went to Montgomery Chevrolet Louisville to look for a used car for my daughters graduation present. I was blown away by their selection. Montgomery Chevrolet has one of the better used car Louisville lots that I have seen. It was also some what more assuring to buy a car from an established place like Montgomery Chevrolet rather than some sketchy used car lot. The salesmen I worked with was great, he was very patient and extremely helpful. He didn't seem to mind that I stretched the car buying decision out for over a month. They gave me a fair price and didn't try and play any games with me. My daughter loves her car, and I would highly recommend Montgomery Chevrolet. This was definitely the first car dealership where I trusted the salesmen. *The entire staff was great, they took me to meet their service department. ( where they gave me a couple free oil change coupons).. all and all it was just a great car buying experience.

This was definitely the first car dealership where I trusted the salesmen. *The entire staff was great, they took me to meet their service department. ( where they gave me a couple free oil change coupons).. all and all it was just a great car buying experience.
