This dealership is awful and I understand why people say it’s the worst car buying experience they ever had. One of their salesman did a cold call to my house, but led me to believe my husband was in the dealership the previous day attempting to turn our vehicle in. I assume you can understand the argument that caused in our home. Then after speaking with the sales representative for 30 minutes he finally admitted that he was making a cold sales call and blew it. These people are horrific and rip off artist.
