Taken for a ride, no joke. Made contact with Bernie West and Brad Johnson and they hooked us for a new 2008 truck. The dealership is a 2 hour drive away. I asked for photos, request ignored, and now I know why. They didn't have the vehicle at all even though it still showed in inventory. After taking the day off from work, making and keeping the appointment, making the 2 hour trek, the vehicle was magically sold "just this morning". But Bernie West did offer to show us some "used" cars that might work for us. (Are you kidding me? Wasted time, wasted trip, pitiful way of doing business.) These people are a bunch of LIARS. Do NOT do business with this dealership unless you too want to be "taken4aride".
We made a deal with Brad over the internet and told him we were on our way to pick up the truck. He called back and said someone else was looking at the truck and asked us for a deposit to hold the truck. We gave him the deposit and promptly left for the 1 1/2 hour trip to pickup the truck. We already completed GMC financing. 10 minutes from the dealer, they called and said they sold the truck to someone else. Needless to say we were astonished since we had a deal and gave a deposit. They boast integrity as their online sales pitch but have none. What a waste of valuable time!!!!
