Purchased a used Civic EX for my daughter in California with only 21000 miles. Drove it cross country to Greenville (where daughter attends Furman University). About 100 miles from Greenville the SRS warning light came on. Took it to Breakaway after setting up an appointment with Scott who said to ask for him.
The service area was immaculate, the service writers courteous, and the customer waiting area outstanding (with fresh fruit, granola bars,coffee, WIFI -all free).
Scott said that they would do a thorough check to find the problem and also check to see if it was covered under warranty. Diagnostic charge of $89.95. Within a short while, Scott came back with great news: problem was in the passenger seat belt sensor AND it was covered under warranty-therefor the diagnostic charge disappeared!
Had the oil changed for good measure as we had driven 3000 miles. Service was accomplished in a timely manner, including a car wash (it started to rain, tho).
Scott gave us excellent service and I will not hesitate to have my daughter take her car there for future service!
