    I waited over four hours for mud gaurs and a bug deflector, could of put it on myself in 45 min and it would of looked better. Wow very poor service.

    My Chevrolet of Wasilla review

    TERRIBLE SERVICE! Had my oil changed here twice because I have lifetime oil with them. First time I waited at the dealership for three hours because they didn’t look at it until two hours after my appointment time, second time I left the dealership while they changed the oil. 0930 appointment, wasn’t even looked at until 1500, and I was told I had not made the appointment, which is why my vehicle was there so long, and they refused to look into some problems with the auto-start feature on my car since I was a “walk-in.” I wasn’t called either time when they finished with my car and was given no apology.

    Sold me a warranty that i didnt want. I told them three times I didnt want it and they included it in the paperwork as the last thing to be signed. Like an Idiot i was out of time and had to sign.

    My Chevrolet of Wasilla review

    They got a vehicle from another store for us but did not get the spare key but they said they would get it for us. Now they are saying they dont have one and that we have to spend over $100 for a new one. When I questioned this he said, well you saved over a thousand by buying from us. A mistake I wont make again!!!
