Took my bike in twice for recommended factory service, once in warranty and once out of warranty...tune ups and valve adjustments. The shop is busy, the techs and shop manager are professional and courteous.
The shop manager pulls no punches about repair dates. If he says he is busy and you will have to wait a few days or a week thats just it but if he can squeeze ya in he will say so.
When I got my bike back out of the shop is was clean and the work had been done as I expected.
