very nice. deals nice. asks for your total satisfaction. pay for add ons and you'll never get them!call and call.call sales manager who should be running a car wash !never called back.called bmw usa. they lied to them and said they already sched. pic-up and install. when turning in my infiniti they made a comment about wagner reputation which i didnt comment on thinking sour grapes on there part. well it was true and i hear more and more as my problems stay un resolved. should have gone back to herb!
