I saw a car at the local lawn party and went home and told my wife about it. We then looked at it and drove to the dealership where we were greeted by Bob with his distinctive bow tie! He personally owned the model we were interested in and allowed us to try out a similar model on the lot. He was very knowlegable and set my wife at ease , a very enjoyable experience.
