We were promised that the repairs would take 1 to 2 days. They had our vehicle for 10 days.We were lied to specifically by Kevin, the Service Manager, who told us he got the truck in for repair within 24 hours. When I called about the status, Kevin told me that the truck wasn’t ready because the parts were on order. This was a lie, the work estimate had not yet been approved. 3 days had gone by and nothing was done yet. If you want your service done by unqualified people, this is the place! Every single dealing you will have with Brag Suzuki will be shady at best.You will definitely be scammed!
Brag Suzuki has already been fined $7,500 by the Attorney General for misleading their customers!

Update on Worst Dealership in all of New York. Beware!!!
If you want to buy a sub par vehicle with DISPICABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE SHOP HERE! Forget about service after the sale. Every single dealing you will have with Brag Suzuki will be shady at best.Read on for more details of how you will definitely be scammed! After driving my new truck for a day we noticed the truck had a major mechanical defect which would have been easily noticeable by anyone who would have test driven the vehicle, or inspected it, but the truck was nevertheless sold to us in this condition. Noticing the problem we insisted that it be fixed under the NYS 30 Day buyers warranty. We were given nothing but the runaround from all persons involved, from sales, to service, and even the owners refused to speak with us or were even made aware of the issue.This dealership is staffed by people who really don’t know what they’re doing and know absolutely nothing about customer service. I would emphatically discourage anyone from shopping here, because you are likely buying a vehicle which has not been fully inspected. And, don’t expect any service after the sale, because you will get nothing but lies, and misinformation. Please keep looking!!! Brag is a pathetic excuse for a car dealership with the worst customer service you will ever experience. Brag has no business being in the field of auto sales, and would only serve its community by closing its doors and displacing their unqualified and unprofessional staff.
i purchased a vehicle here in early feb. 2008. 4 weeks later i am RETURNING the vehicle because they still have not paid off my trade in loan and have done nothing but LIED to my face saying it was paid. then after 4 weeks of waiting, they got pissed at me always calling and all of a sudden they say they arent going to finance me! and the OWNER says he has NO ACCESS to records! what a joke! very dishonest, and a bunch of LIARS! go elsewhere people! this place will never make it as a dealer!!! they will be under in NO TIME! and they even pulled the same thing on my boyfriend who purchased a car the same time i did. so im returning my vitara with almost 4000 miles on it, and taking back my sonata!!! he has LOST the sale of a new car for his stupidity! now the car has 4000 mile on it, his loss!!!! eat that sucker!!! im sticking with hyundai!!!
