Once I signed the papers and got screwed into the buying the POS, their attitude instantly changed from pushy to downright assholes. Any questions about problems with the car was met with defensiveness, lies, and aggression. They claimed somebody "stole the tags off the car" at the dealership because I noticed they were expired. I believe the owner referred to one of my questions as "stupid", right to my face.
These guys are in the business of screwing people over. Totally unscrupulous. They should be ashamed, and out of business.

This is by far the worst company ever out there. They put a fake smile making you think they are honest, but are not. They do business there way even if it means ****ing you over!!!! They have no mission, values, or ethical standards. They treat you base on your race, color, ethnicity, you name it. I gone to other dealerships and never experience this kind of service. SAVE YOUR MONEY, AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! They don't treat you with dignity, that's bullshit, they have no feelings nor sympathy for you. I agree 100% with this Woman, they treat you even worse. Rick and John claim to be on the service so long they know how to treat you, please!!!! What they need is a SCHOOL EDUCATION!!! Go to the BBB, get inform on who YOU REALLY DEALING WITH.
<b>My daughter went to buy a car from kirby. We have bought from them before so, we felt good about going there well after picking out a nice safe car for my daughter, the deal was done or so we thought after money was exchanged and paperwork done (I even had the car added to our insurance) the owner came in and said no!!!! needless to say we are all heartbroken. My complaint is why lead us to believe something is a done deal with paperwork and all if its just going to be yanked from us. When I bought my Jeep from them as a woman I did notice how I was talked down to so I was leary but thought maybe I was wrong but now I dont think I was. Please Please dont buy from such a cold hearted dealear they dont have your best interest at heart. :? :x
