My experience with Orlando Hyundai was superior to any car-buying experience that I have had in the past.
I went to the dealership knowing that I wanted a Hyundai Sonata. Salesman, Eric Knerr, took the time to thoroughly show me three Sonatas with different trim levels (a GLS, SE and Limited) so that I could make an informed decision. Eric listened while I explained the features that were important to me and showed me vehicles that had those features. Eric is knowledgeable about the vehicles and it shows. He answered my numerous questions, which helped me to pick the vehicle that was right for me. I decided on a 2008 Sonata Limited.
Once I was set on the right vehicle it was time to discuss numbers. It is refreshing that the dealership is upfront on all costs involved in the deal. Eric worked as a liaison between the desk manager and myself in order to negotiate the best deal for me. In addition, the dealership was more than fair with the amount that they gave me for my trade.
The end of the deal was just as enjoyable as the beginning. Dan in the Finance Department did not use any pressure tactics and he even negotiated a lower interest rate on my behalf.
If you are interested in purchasing a new or used car, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you contact Eric at Orlando Hyundai. Because of my experience, I feel confident in recommending Eric and this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle.
