After visiting more than 10 dealerships in Bay Area, I came across a dealer who has wonderful collection of cars and who provides excellent after-sales service. The sales staffs were very helpful and they helped me lot in choosing my new 2008 Infiniti G37.Overall it was great shop and I had a wonderful experience there. Hats off to Infiniti of Pleasanton!
The technicians at Infiniti of Pleasanton fixed the mystery problem with my 2006 Infiniti G35 car and were helpful, accommodating and friendly. I hope I will be able to drive it for some more years. But if any problem happens to my Infiniti car any time, I'd definitely go back to this dealership only. Thanks for being so nice and explaining everything about the problems of my vehicle.

“I was not quite sure how I would make it to the dealership at the appointed time for service on my ’08 Infiniti QX 56, because an unexpected appointment cropped up at that time. Its being a new vehicle, I was apprehensive about missing the given service slot. I logged on to the online dealership to take a different schedule. This was as easy as the snap of the fingers! I was hugely amazed. If a vehicle dealership can understand the needs of its customers so well, what more would one want”!

“I have always been on the lookout for a dealership that is as presentable as the vehicle it sells. I found it in your online dealership. Right from the moment I generated my enquiry about the model I wanted to buy, till the time it was delivered to me, I was treated like royalty. This is what one looks for in an auto dealership, after all. I wanted a good 2008 Infiniti M45; when I made enquiries about this vehicle online, the response was most gratifying and prompt. “Good auto dealership websites are difficult to come by. Most of them are either a pathetic mix of colors, or bad design. Your website is a really pleasing one. The models of Infiniti are always a great treat to the eye. It is tragic if the design and content is not properly presented for this lovely make. This is what I noticed on your site. The sense of proportion is great. The display of the models is very attractive, as is the info you have provided.”
