We answered an ad posted on internet for a inexpensive gas saver that we could see from the pictures was not a real beauty-ad said make an offer -did not give a price-I offered a grand and the salesman said deal, come on up here and get it I need it off the lot.We got in the car at 3:45 and with the traffic and distance did not arrive until after 7 pm..We get there and the car was there, i can give them that, but the salesman said he had just went out and test drove it and he found a miss in the engine that was not there a week ago-it must have happened when they got it detailed and they washed the motor he said. We still gave it a chance and drove the car-not far because it threw the hubby back and forth eraticall going into 2nd gear-he never left the parking lot. We told salesman that the ad said it ran great and he assured us that it must be from the water after being washed 3 days ago.but we didnt think it would even make it to the expressway-much less to our home. He asked how much we would offer and we said 600 tops-he said ok and walked us back inside--This is where deal or no deal began.lol The car that ran great for 1000 come nd get 'er turned into a clunker for 1250 plus tt&l.We are at a loss for the right words, after spending a total of 71/2 hrs in the car only to be deceived.I would NOT recommend them to anyone-had better luck with joe blows tote the note up the road.haha5 miles from my house no doubt..at least we all know ahead of time he's lying and the cars are a pos.
I bought a 01 V W from these guy. They assured me it was in good shap.3 days after I bought it the transmision went out and they wouldnt do anything about it.Come to find out it had problems before I bought it and they flushed it out put clean fluid in it and sold it to me.Nick promised me that if something went wrong they would repair it and give me something to drive while they worked on it.They did NONE of those things. To make it worse I bought the car for my granddaughter who is without a car because of these idiots.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THEVIES
I called originally 2 weeks ago about a specific truck I saw online, and confirmed the truck was still on the lot. The salesmen (don't remember his name) said it was, and I told him I would be by Saturday to look / drive / buy it. Saturday morning I drove from Arlington (about 1 hr) to the dealership. I should have know better than to drive that far without calling to double check it was there, but I did it anyway. I thought for sure it would still be there, as I had seen it online for about 1 month. Upon arriving, I was told that it was sold at 9:30 last night. Of course, I blew it off as my normal luck. Again, should have called.
Fast forward 2 weeks - still searching Autotrader and online searches, and the same truck, with a new description, is still posted - both on the dealership website and Autotrader. So I called Friday night and spoke to Clement. He says the truck is still there, even having him check the stock number to confirm. Its 7:30pm, so I told him I will call in the morning, and come look at it. Of course, not making the same mistake twice, I Saturday morning to double check it was still there. Clement quickly remembered our conversation, and was happy to hear that I was calling, as I told him I would. He says he will double check - again - and call me back. About 30 mins later, he calls to say that someone is "working a deal, and it looks like its in the bag."
Now, after thinking about this for awhile, I started searching online for reviews about the dealership. It didn't take long to realize that this is routine for these guys, and they have NO PROBLEMS lying to you to get you to the lot to buy something. They don't care about your time, money spent to get there, etc. No moral values - its all about them. WRONG!!! When you're in sales and customer service, it is about the CUSTOMER!!!
I drove 3 hours to see a vehicle that they had listed on the internet. I called before I left my house and called 30 minutes before I got to the dealership. Should have known when you see a truck that is $4000 dollars cheaper than rest of the market it was not going to be there, should have known it was a gimmick to get me in the door. When I got there there was no Bobby that worked there, I spoke with some salesman and I couldn't understand anything he said and walked me around the dealership 3 times. I then spoke with the General Manager and of course he flat out lied. I then went home and called back to the dealership and of course the truck had just came back. So once again I spoke with David Gomez and he assured me that the truck was back at the dealership. I drove back to the dealership the next day and guess what It had been sent to the auction WTF? But they had another truck with 80k more on it that was the same price as the one I came in on. Just look at all of the reviews**** It all starts with the man running the dealership! The sales people are only as good as the General Manager!
P.S. Why is there 70 pages of cars on the internet? SWITCHING AND BAITING?
I drove only thirty miles to answer an ad for a sales position. This was at night and the next morning I drove to Suckzuki Cars of Mckinney with my resume, references and thirty years of honest selling experience and finance management. I was told Tony wasn't in and the general manager David took my resume and told me Tony would be in touch. I called back within 2 days and thanked them for their time and left another message for Tony.
A couple of weeks later I saw the ad again on craigslist looking for a salesperson so I drove immediately to the dealership and asked for Tony. I was told to take a seat and he would be with me in an few minutes. An hour later I was finally interviewed by Tony for a job. This sleazeball ask me if I would have a problem in telling a customer a car was there when it really wasnt. He told me that they have all these buyers all over the metro and they could have a car at the dealership in an hour or so. I told him that I would NOT be comfortable lying to someone to get them in the dealership. If he could produce the cars I can sell them but I just don't lie to people like that. That was the end of the interview.
I have long since landed a job as a sales manager with a suzuki franchise that is doing quite well running an honest dealership.
Tony you are freakin pond scum. Glad you didn't hire me and hope your lying pecker falls off.
First off, if there is a positive review on here it is an employee of the dealership not a real person. I was supposed to buy a vehicle from Doug, who I never saw in person, but it was funny as I walk into the dealership some customer was ranting and raving about how he drove all the way there and his vehicle wasn't there, and who Doug was? So immediatley I had a bad taste in my mouth, but knew that wasn't going to happen to me-wrong!! That was me in about 30 minutes, look I could write a book- but I'm not, stay away from this place it is bait and switch heaven, just don't waste your valuable time or gas.
I have read many, many reviews on this place and am shocked that anyone is still going to this dealership. Here was my experience:
10:00 am: Called dealership and spoke with internet salesperson. Inquired about truck and he confirmed it was still there and they were ready to make a deal. I told him I was going to be there around 6:00 to drive/buy.
10:30 am: Sent email confirming my interest in the truck and to let them know I was serious about the vehicle in hopes they would not sell it.
5:00 pm: Drove an hour to the dealership in traffic after I rescheduled a copule of personal errands.
5:15: Got to Suzuki of Mckinney and was told immediately that the one I wanted was taken to auction today. The salesman made up some excuse about how the internet guys don't communicate with the others since they weren't on the same floor. The salesman proceeded to walk me around the parking lot in the 98 degree heat trying to 'find' the truck. This was a rouse in order to get me to look at some other cars they had specials on.
5:40: I left the dealership extremely angry and confused at the lack of communication. I then went to the Ford dealership accross the street. The salesperson there greeted me quickly. I started to tell him how I drove over an hour to get there when he interrupted me with "let me guess. you drove to Suzuki of Mckinney and when you got there to look at the car, they told you that it was taken to the auction or sold". That is either random, random coincidence that he said that statement or that this is a common theme for them at Suzuki.
In short, please don't listen to anyone that gives a positive review for these people. Until they revamp their entire system, hire all new salespeople and get their internet inventory updated; I say stay away. Normally those types of changes need to be made at the top. Whether that happens or not remains to be seen.
Dealership is not trustworthy. They feel if you are willing to drive a long way to look at a vehicle they can screw you over because you will feel compelled to buy. I looked at many cars on cars.com and none were at the dealership they just leave them up to get you to call. Like another review my situation I was told a vehicle was there but when I didn't do things "their way" magically it was sold and I was talked to like I was stupid. They will not hesitate to insult you that is for sure. They are also very good about the bait and switch. They do not honor what they say and you would be much better served to just stay in DFW than deal with such a dishonest dealership. Keep you sanity and deal with someone else. They are so dishonest look at their reviews they have their salesmen writing reviews on their own dealership all they do is play games.
I can only say they treated my family right and took the time to help us where other dealers would not. I would definitely refer others to this dealership.
I just wanted a deal. I searched all over for a good deal as they are hard to find. My family is pleased with our new Suburban and very happy with their friendly salesmen. We enjoyed the no pressure atmosphere. We'll be back.
I was driving by and saw the deal of the day on the ramp. I decided to stop in and see about trading my old clunker in. I did not think I could buy but M Roper showed me that vehicle and some other deals that had just come in. I was happy they saw me as a person and showed me common courtesy. The rest of the deal went smooth and easy. I would go there agian if I need a car.

They posted a 07 Ford Explorer on their website. I called and spoke to Doug about 30 minutes before closing. He said it was still there, but someone was driving it. He tried to get me to do a credit application online, but I told him we will be there when they open. My husband and I drove over an hour to get to McKinney and we were told by Curt it was sold. I decided to call back two hours later to see what they say and again spoke to Doug. He said it was still there, someone was test driving it, but there were no deals on the table. My husband called back to speak with a supervisor, the receptionist was rude and transferred him to Doug. He still said it was still there, but when we told him that another salesman said it was sold he got very defensive and began insulting my husband. He was making comments that we must have bad credit. He would never get a manager but easily gave out insults. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
I contacted Douglas, the Internet Sales Manager. He walked me through on how to get into a car after other dealers had basically laughed at my credit.
He told me that if I worked with him on selection that things would work out. I had no idea he would be showing me a brand new Suzuki SX4 when I got there. I chose to trust him and he did not let me down. He and the other Managers at this dealership know how to do business. I will send my entire family in the future.
I would recommend anyone purchase from this dealer.
Thanks to the guys at SUZUKI CARS OF MCKINNEY for all you did for me.
I called up to the dealership and asked if a truck was still there. "Kyle" told me it was. I drove an hour and a half. I got to the store and Kyle told me that the truck had gone to the auction. I was furious. I wanted to talk to a manager. I met Jason Janacek and after hearing everything that I said, he calmly got up and took Kyle into an office and two minutes later, he and Kyle came out and he had fired him. He came back to me and ended up selling me a nicer truck for the same price as the Dodge that I came to see. I was a little shocked at first, but Jason told me that is not how they do business there. I would definately recomend this store to anyone! You can tell that Jason tries to run a tight ship at that store. I was impressed at the way that my issue was handled.
I was told upfront the car I wanted was gone. I realized when I got there how fast they move cars, but also move their tails for the customer. The process was one of the best I have ever seen. They got my loan done, and my sister came in the same day with worse credit than me and got a car too. They only have nice vehicles, and they are priced right. I would buy again, or recommend anyone to stop by there and check out all of their vehicles. I would recommend anyone with bad credit to go there first.

I called about a specific truck they were selling. Doug told me that they had it still. I told him I was driving from Arlington (a good hour and 15 minutes away). When I got there, "someone was out driving it", but they have a couple of other trucks. I got an apology, but nothing else. I left my name and number with Doug when I originally called and he didn't find it necessary or even courteous to call me and let me know. Instead I wasted half a tank of gas and a full evening driving to McKinney, turning around and coming straight back home.
I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ON PRINCIPAL ALONE. IF I DON'T MATTER ENOUGH TO RECEIVE A COURTESY CALL, THEY DO NOT DESERVE MY BUSINESS. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER DEALERSHIPS IN THE AREA THAT ARE STRUGGLING IN THIS ECONOMY TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!!

They are absolute liars. I was told they had 4 SUV's by Tony, who says he physically saw them on the lot, and drove all the way out there and they had none. They didn't seem to care that they lied, deceived me, wasted my time, etc. This is the lowest of low car dealers. I specifically told them which 4 SUV's I was interested in seeing and that I was driving from out of town and wanted to make sure they had them in stock. I am also calling the BBB to see if I can express my dissatisfaction with these low lifes. The Sales Manager didn't seem to concerned and said Tony was at lunch and blew me off too.
Dealer presented my wife and myself with the four squares. On an SX4 we signed on at 14,500, 50mos.@358, no trade. In finance, they had the contract written for 16,600, 72mos@392. Explaining that, my wife could not be on the loan for a low credit score, Capitol One wanted an "additional fee" to compensate for a lack of a trade and that he 'worked hard' to get the deal done. I walked out of the closing as they sat there looking angry and red faced. Subsequent calls to management went unanswered. I went to another dealer and was financed through Capitol One, my wife is on the loan and none of the 'no trade-in' fees. Hmmmmmm. Terrible.
