After having 4 Saturns in a row, I was nervous about switching to a Japanese car. Melissa was very helpful about explaining all the different models and features, and finding a car that fit my budget. I love my new Civic so much that my daughter just picked the same car up from Yonkers Honda last weekend.
I have had horrible experiences with salespersons. So, I was a bit skeptical about meeting the salesperson at Yonkers Honda. But the sales representatives at this dealership were not pushy and made me feel totally at home with their friendly attitude. They allowed me drive all the vehicles I liked and showed tremendous patience while I took my own sweet time to decide on the 2008 Honda Civic Sedan.
