I purchased my cx-9, grand touring, from world car mazda. the salesman at this dealership was okay, however, their consideration of a customer's time was very unthoughtful. My husband and I were there for almost 8 hours. Also, since I left the dealership later in the evening, I was asked to bring my suv back the next day for detailing. The next day when I picked it up, about 4 hours later after I dropped it off, it was in the same condition that I had dropped it off in. In spite of it all, I adore my suv and enjoy driving it very much. I would think twice about visiting this dearlership again, unless, of course, I have a few days worth of time to waste!
